Why your country matters
The scheme’s rules are the same everywhere. Your country only decides which regional pool the 2nd, 3rd and 4th prizes for your family are drawn from: GCC (50%), United Kingdom (15%), Europe (15%), North America (10%) or other countries (10%). The First Prize is open to all.
Sending from Europe, Malaysia, Australia or elsewhere?
The same rules apply. Remittances from continental Europe fall in the Europe region; most other countries fall in “other countries”. The exact mapping uses the country code reported with each remittance, as approved by the scheme’s steering committee.
