This policy explains how PasbanRemittance.com (“we”, “us”) handles information. We aim to collect as little as possible.
Information we collect
Browsing. We do not ask you to create an account or log in. Like almost every website, our hosting provider’s servers may automatically record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and reliability. These logs are controlled by our hosting provider and kept for a limited period.
Tools on this website. The eligibility self-check, FAQ search, bank search, results search and site search run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or stored.
Contact forms
If you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send. We use it only to reply and to improve the website. Please do not include CNIC, passport, bank account or card numbers, PINs, OTPs or passwords — we never need them. By default the contact form opens your own email app; if we later connect a form service, it will process messages on our behalf and this policy will name it.
Cookies
This website does not currently set any cookies of its own. If that changes (for example, for analytics or advertising), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Analytics
We do not currently use third-party analytics. If we add an analytics service in future to understand aggregate usage, we will describe it here, prefer privacy-friendly settings, and not use it to identify individuals.
Advertising
We do not currently show advertising. If we introduce advertising (such as Google AdSense) to fund the website, advertising partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads. We will update this policy, provide consent controls where required, clearly label all ads, and keep them away from official links and important eligibility information.
Third-party links
We link to official websites such as SBP, PBA, 1LINK and participating banks. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Data retention
We keep contact emails only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is a general information resource and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version.
