Why your bank matters

Only remittances credited to an eligible account at a participating bank earn tokens. If your account is with a bank that is not on the list, remittances into it will not count.

Your bank is your first point of contact

Under the official terms, your bank handles everything about the scheme for you — eligibility, tokens, the draw, verification and payment. Contact it through its call centre, branch, app or the complaint channel on its website. If you are not satisfied, you can ask the bank to escalate to the PBA, and you keep your right to complain to SBP through its Sunwai portal or to the Banking Mohtasib.
