Tokens (also called entries or tickets) are the digital records that put an account into a Pasban draw. Here is exactly how they are created.

The token slabs

Tokens per qualifying remittance (official T&C, clause 6.1)
Value of one remittance (USD equivalent)TokensExample
Below USD 1000USD 95 earns nothing
USD 100 – 1491USD 120 earns 1
USD 150 – 2492USD 200 earns 2
USD 250 – 3493USD 260 earns 3
USD 350 – 4494USD 400 earns 4
Each further USD 100+1USD 1,000 earns 10

Rounding to the nearest USD 100

Each remittance is rounded to the nearest USD 100. So USD 149 earns 1 token, but USD 150 earns 2; USD 260 earns 3. Remittances below USD 100 earn nothing.

Tokens are per transaction

Tokens are created for each qualifying transaction and each account. Because rounding is applied to each transfer, totals can differ: two separate transfers of USD 140 earn 1 token each (2 in total), while a single transfer of USD 280 earns 3.

But only if the quarter qualifies

Tokens are created only when the account meets the three-month rule — at least USD 100 in each month of the quarter.

Currency conversion

The value is converted to USD at the SBP daily exchange rate for the processing date.

Tokens expire after each draw

Tokens are valid only for the draw of the quarter in which the remittance was received. They cannot be carried forward, sold or transferred, and have no cash value.

Do more tokens guarantee a prize?

No. More tokens mean more chances in a random draw, but nothing guarantees a win.
